  I am so fed up with the lack of customer service AT&T employees have. My husband and I switched to AT&T with a promotion they were having giving a free phone because we had DirectTV... needless to say it's been months and after hours on the phone with multiple customer service reps we are still paying for the phone. Time after time we are told something different... now they are saying the employee at the store set up the acct wrong and because of this we are not eligible for the free phone. I am over trying to give this company a chance. Someone promised to call us back and we never recieved a call.... SAVE YOURSELF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND DO NOT GO WITH ATT! They are scam artists. I will be speaking with a lawyer soon to dicuss my options since noone seems to want to help us and we are stuck with their contract.
