    Osita is simply fantastic! I was looking into new phones recently and when I stopped by a competing electronics store, the representative made me feel very uncomfortable--the two individuals I encountered clearly didn't want to help me and told me to go to the Sprint store--shocking but true, never encountered that kind of service there before. When I went over to this Sprint store, Osita helped me and I knew I wanted to buy a new phone due to his help. I also had a problem with my existing phone account and Osita's warm customer service was truly phenomenal--he made me feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond in taking care of me and took as much time as needed to resolve my problem, which he did. He was professional, friendly, and cared to do the job right in every way. I very much appreciate his help. I will definitely come to him in the future should I have any issues. See Osita if you want the best possible care and customer service! :)

    I have been a customer with Sprint for 5 years. The company is great. The only time I have issues is when I go into this location. I will never go back and also plan to call the sprint fraud department when they open Monday. There were 2 major issues. The first was a few years ago. We upgraded a leased phone. They told us they couldn't take the old phone and they had requested for a box to be sent to our house to return the phone. It never came and Sprint tried to charge us for the phone. Eventually after calling customer service (went to the store first) they called the store and then they decided to take the phone and send it for us. Handed it directly to the store manager. Took another 3 weeks for sprint to receive it from them before everything was resolved. More recently. I went in thinking it's been a few years hopefully things are better. NOPE! They convinced us to get a tablet because they had a promotion making the tablet free, I just had to pay the $25 data plan. I was ok with that. Well this was 5 months ago and I am still getting charged monthly for this tablet. Sprint customer service and the corporate stores tell me I have to go to that store to fix it since they sold it to me. But every time I try they try to play it off like it is going to reflect on my next bill or they try to send me to a corporate store that can't fix it since it was this stores mistake.
