  I could not have asked for a better contractor than Tim Scotch of Scotch Construction. He and his crew gave me the most wonderful outdoor space imaginable. His attention to detail was phenomenal, right down to making my steps down at a 90 degree turn to accommodate trees I did not want to remove. (My deck is quite high up off the ground) I am Very Happy with my deck. Thank you so Much!!!

  Tim and his crew transformed my large covered terrace in the heat of this past summer. It involved removal painting of the railing and ceramic tile, and in leveling the foundation. He then contracted for an application of a complete new surface by a specialty company. It was tedious work but they were up-beat and perfectionists in every phase. I love the new look and with the leveling, I no longer have water standing when it rains and when the humidity is high. Quality work at a very competitive price!
