This store and their employee's are very disappointing. We bought laminated flooring from them and paid for them to install. The floor has a life time warranty. The manufacture is Pergo. We have been calling the store since June 2017, It took 5 months to get them to come out and look at the store. I have complained and complained, I spoke to the store manager Steve and he promised me he would look into the problem. I have never received any follow ups and my emails to him have not been replied to. I call about once every 3 weeks and am told the same thing by the instal sales person who always promises to check on it and call me back. Not once has she made that promise come to life. The floors are bubbling and I can't mop them even damp mop or it causes more bubbling. today 2/13/18 I told them I wanted my money back and was told very quickly NO they told me that they would have Steve get involved. He has done nothing to make this right. So I will keep calling and hoping they will make it right. Do not waste your money on any projects from this store they will not stand behind it. I am taking my future projects to Home Depot, they will stand behind the work. They took care of my whole exterior of my house. When we had a problem Home Depot took care of it. Lowe's refuses. They are big on the sales up front but won't do anything to make the customer happy. So beware of this store.

Its a clean location. I saw at least 12 different employees and not once did any one of them approach and ask Are you finding everything. Or even ask if any assistance was needed. It is a nice store, but other than there isn't any thing else great about the location. Plus, I thought brick and mortar stores existed only because of customer service. Why shop in stores if no one is going to help me. I might as well just shop only with Amazon, they have better customer service and the sad part is that it is only over the phone.
