  The Birds of a Feather Vintage Shop is simply a treasure that cannot be missed... Very simply put, it is an eclectic variety of any kind of antique item Big or small that you might be looking for.... it is like walking down memory lane and the prices are extremely modestly priced. The lovely Owner and her extremely friendly staff make you feel so welcome and at home, make you feel so comfortable while you're shopping. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, and give you plenty of time to roam around and look at everything and they have plenty inside and out to do just that! There are also 2 outbuildings with collections that are on consignment .. They are all are very well priced as well; some prices are even negotiable!! Fredericksburg shops have nothing on this little gem; it's well worth the trip to New Braunfels Texas to visit Birds of a Feather...❤❤Gaudy Chic Vintage retro Collection" , is the brainchild of Ms. Penny the brilliant, innovative creator of this unique collection .. A lot of Penny's creations are handmade and very colorful made with a lot of fabrics that have been long forgotten, she's brought back the bellbottoms and embroidering on Blue Jean jackets and military fatigues, her variety of retro clothing with the The Cuban/Mexican hippie flair has lots of bling and lace; which is simply eye-catching and gorgeous! Her jewelry collection is full of turquoise and bling and is so very well priced that you will be astounded; she also carries belts, bracelets, hats, caps, jackets, pillows , blankets, tie-dyed T-shirts and very BoHo chic purses,; that you just can't find anywhere else.. .... The Gaudy Chic Retro collection of vintage hippie chic apparel and accessories simply can't be missed! I have several outfits from the Gaudy Chic collection and I get so many compliments ... So when you shop at birds of a feather it's a little Mecca of antiques,furniture, hard to find items as well as unique, gorgeous, vintage clothing, jewelry .... it's a must have to place to stop if you are traveling through new Braunfels...?
